Objeto. Los capítulos 3, 4, 5, 6 Y 7 incorporados al Título 3 de la Parte 5 del libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015 Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público, tienen como objeto establecer reglas para la gestión de la propiedad de la Nación y de las entidades territoriales en empresas y sociedades, con la finalidad de generar valor económico y social, garantizar el uso eficiente y adecuado de los recursos de inversión y fomentar mejores prácticas de gobierno corporativo.
