Art. 2.° El Poder Ejecutivo hará esplorar el rio Meta i sus tributarios, de Cabuyaro para arriba, para que se determine i se fije el punto en que deba terminar el camino de tierra que está en construccion entre la ciudad de Bogotá i el Territorio de San Martin. Se destina para esto una cantidad de hasta dos mil pesos, la cual se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vijencia económica.
