Queda derogado el decreto del Poder Ejecutivo expedido el 5 de Agosto de 1842 en ejecución de la lei 5 de Julio del mismo año. Tambien queda derogado el artículo 15 del decreto ejecutivo de 14 de Junio de 1843 que se refiere al anterior.
