La evaluación se realizará sobre las inversiones seleccionadas, en términos de proyectos, programas, planes o políticas públicas y se orientará a la verificación de la gestión, productos, resultados, operación e impacto de estos, conforme a lo definido en la formulación en términos de pertinencia, eficiencia, eficacia, condiciones de sostenibilidad y su aporte al desarrollo territorial.
