Los padres, tutores o acudientes legales de colombianos menores de edad que viajen solos o, en su defecto, las personas que tengan a su cargo tales menores, deben presentar a las autoridades facultadas para expedir pasaportes un memorial que contenga la autorización expresa que dan al menor para salir del país. Copia de tal diligencia será entregada a los poseedores de pasaportes así expedidos.
