El capital del Fondo de Regulación de Precios estará formado por el aporte de quince millones de pesos que por una sola vez hará el Gobierno Nacional y por el aporte de los exportadores y productores que será hasta el 2 por ciento del valor de la fruta FOB puerto de exportación y, asimismo, por los demás ingresos que el Fondo obtenga para el desarrollo de sus funciones.
