Destinase hasta la suma de ciento veinte mil pesos ($ 120.000) moneda corriente para dar cumplimiento a la construcción del Instituto de la Oficina Central de Medicina Legal, cantidad que se votará precisamente en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. De esa cantidad se tomarán veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000) para la dotación del Instituto.
