Acuerdos y convenios interadministrativos. El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores podrá celebrar acuerdos o convenios interadministrativos con las gobernaciones de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 303 de la Constitución Política, tendientes a colaborar con la prestación del servicio de expedición de los documentos de viaje.
