° Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, el Tesorero jeneral abrirá un nuevo rejistro en donde se inscriban los nombres de los individuos que quieran hacer la conversion en cada mes, siguiendo, por lo demas, las mismas reglas establecidas para la conversion de órdenes de pago o cheques por sueldos de empleados.
