Expensas por licencias de subdivisión. Las solicitudes de licencias de subdivisión en las modalidades de subdivisión rural y subdivisión urbana generarán en favor del curador urbano una expensa única equivalente a 25,02 Unidad de Valor Tributario -UVT al momento de la radicación. Las expensas por la expedición de licencias de subdivisión en la modalidad de reloteo, se liquidarán sobre el área útil urbanizable de la siguiente manera:
