Art. 27. Cada hoja de las escrituras poderes y testamentos otorgados en país extranjero y que deban obrar en la República, llevará una estampilla de 1ª clase, que será anulada por el funcionario, empleado ó Corporación ante quien se presenten por la primera vez para que surtan sus efectos.
