Art. 4.° Todo impreso llevará inscrito la fecha y el lugar de su publicación y el nombre del establecimiento en que se hubiere editado, bajo pena de diez a veinticinco pesos de multa, que podrá convertirse en arresto por cinco a doce días, en caso de que haya reincidencia en un plazo de seis meses.
