La carta de naturaleza se solicitara del Poder Ejecutivo, por conducto de la Gobernación en donde resida en interesado por medio de un memorial en que el solicitante manifieste de que Estado es nativo y de que Gobierno es súbdito; y en caso de tener hijos menores de edad su patria potestad, el nombre, la edad, sexo de cada uno de ellos.
