° Los auxilios de que trata la Ley 46 de 1919, en su artículo 7°, para los Laboratorios Municipales de Higiene, serán reclamados por los respectivos Directores de los Laboratorios, quienes presentaran las cuentas de cobro a la Dirección Departamental de Higiene, donde se visaran, si llevan las certificaciones del Alcalde, en que conste que quien presente las cuentas desempeña el cargo de Director del Laboratorio.
