°. Fijación de escala salarial. El Presidente de la República teniendo en cuenta la equiparación señalada en el artículo primero del presente decreto y en uso de las facultades otorgadas en el literal b) del artículo 1° de la Ley 4ª de 1992, actualizará la escala salarial de los empleos de la Contraloría General de la República.
