Cualquier equipo o servicio de banda ciudadana que sea operado sin licencia del Ministerio de Comunicaciones será suspendido y decomisado de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 10 de la Ley 72 de 1989. CAPITULO VI. Disposiciones finales.
