De lograrse la conciliación se levantará constancia de ella en acta. En cuanto corresponda a las obligaciones alimentarias entre los cónyuges, los descendientes y los ascendientes, prestará mérito ejecutivo, y serán exigibles por el proceso ejecutivo de mínima cuantía en caso de incumplimiento.
