El material y demás elementos que se necesiten en el Laboratorio, se adquirirán de conformidad con los artículos 62 y 65 de la Ley 15 de 1925 . El Habilitado hará estos gastos, dentro del presupuesto mensual, siempre que sean ordenados por el Director General.
