Instrumento de control y manejo ambiental que contiene los requisitos y condiciones para garantizar la recolección selectiva y gestión ambiental de los Residuos de Aparatos Eléctricos y Electrónicos (RAEE) por parte de los productores. El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible establecerá los lineamientos y requisitos que deberán cumplir los sistemas de recolección y gestión de RAEE a cargo de los productores y los indicadores de gestión por resultados para su evaluación y monitoreo, conforme al principio de gradualidad establecido en la Ley 1672.
