Para el allanamiento y registro de bienes inmuebles, naves, aeronaves o vehículos automotores que, conforme con el derecho internacional y los tratados en vigor gocen de inmunidad diplomática o consular, el Juez Penal Militar de Control de Garantías solicitará venia al respectivo agente diplomático o consular, mediante oficio en el que se requerirá su contestación dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes y será remitido por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
