º. Cuando el inmueble hubiere sido gravemente afectado según calificación del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, y además hubiere estado destinado a la actividad agrícola, ganadera o industrial, lo cual se probará por cualquiera de los medios establecidos por la ley, y los beneficios previstos en el artículo anterior se extenderán hasta el año gravable de 1991, inclusive.
