De los incentivos. En atención a lo dispuesto en el Parágrafo 1° de los artículos 8° y 10 de la Ley 1990 de 2019, la entrega de los alimentos destinados al consumo humano y animal, genera la aplicación de los beneficios reconocidos en el Estatuto Tributario para las donaciones.
