° De los fondos de matrículas de las Escuelas Normales de la República llevarán cuenta comprobada los Subdirectores respectivos, y dichos fondos se aplicarán exclusiva mente á la adquisición de mobiliario escolar. Los Directores de Instrucción Pública examinarán estas cuentas en primera instancia y las remitirán al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública dentro de los dos primeros meses del año lectivo subsiguiente, para el examen y fenecimiento definitivo
