amends ley 1952/19

Modifícase el artículo 246 de la Ley 1952 de 2019 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 246. Ejecutoria. La sentencia que resuelve los recursos de apelación, de queja, la consulta y aquellas no susceptibles de recurso, quedarán ejecutoriadas al momento de su notificación.
