Quienes directa o indirectamente causen daños o perturbaciones en los trabajos y explotaciones que se ejecuten en la zona forestal protectora, o en todos aquellos que se realicen de acuerdo con las normas legales, además de la responsabilidad civil por tales daños, serán sancionados breve y sumariamente con multas convertibles en arresto.
