º . Precio. Las acciones objeto del presente programa de venta tendrán las siguientes condiciones de precio: 1o. Las acciones que se vendan de acuerdo con el numeral primero del artículo 3º del presente Decreto: a un precio fijo de cincuenta y tres pesos con cincuenta centavos ($53.50) cada una. 2o. Las acciones que se vendan de acuerdo con el numeral segundo del artículo 3º del presente Decreto: a un precio base de cincuenta y tres pesos con cincuenta centavos ($53.50) cada una.
