Art. 34. Las formalidades de que trata el artículo 427 del código judicial para la no sanción de la demanda, y las que deban hallarse conforme al mismo código para la práctica de cualquiera otra diligencia, que deba autorice en país extranjero, no serán dispensables respecto de las naciones con las que se haya acordado un procedimiento por tratados especiales.
