Los dos (2) representantes de los Notarios en el Consejo Superior y sus suplentes, quienes deberán estar inscritos en la Carrera notarial, serán elegidos por los Notarios en ejercicio de manera directa y democrática para un período de dos (2) años, contados a partir de la fecha de la declaración de su elección.
