° Apruébase el Acuerdo 0024 de octubre 20 de 1977, emanado de la Junta Directiva de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cartagena y cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 0024 DE 1977 (octubre 20) por medio del cual se adiciona la Planta de Personal -de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cartagena. La Junta Directiva de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cartagena, en uso de -sus atribuciones legales y reglamentarias según consta en el Acta número 008 de septiembre 5 de 1977, ACUERDA:
