Prima de riesgo . Los servidores públicos del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (Inpec), tendrán derecho a una prima de riesgo sin carácter salarial, en los porcentajes que fije el Gobierno nacional, que no podrá ser inferior al actualmente vigente. Dicha prima se reconocerá a los empleos que se encuentren en servicio activo, vacaciones, permisos remunerados, permiso sindical, licencia por enfermedad, licencia por luto, licencia de maternidad y paternidad.
