° Cuando hayan sido presentados al Poder Ejecutivo los datos de que trata el artículo anterior, el Director de obras públicas ejecutará la obra de construccion del puente, por administracion, sometiendo los contratos sobre compra de materiales a la consideracion del Poder Ejecutivo.
