Escalafón Militar. Los Comandos de Fuerza elaborarán anualmente los Escalafones Regulares y Complementarios de Oficiales y Suboficiales, clasificados por Arma, Cuerpo y Especialidad. El Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares elaborara un Escalafón General integrado de las Fuerzas.
