Artículo único. Autorízase al Gobierno para contratar y pagar, en los términos que considere convenientes, la mensura de los terrenos cedidos a la Universidad de Nariño por la Ley 36 de 1907 .

Parágrafo 1

° El Gobierno podrá utilizar para esto los servicios de los Profesores y alumnos aptos de la Facultad Nacional de Matemáticas é Ingeniería que funcionan en ese instituto.

Parágrafo 2

° La partida necesaria para atender al gasto que demande el cumplimiento de esta Ley se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la actual vigencia.
