Artículo único. En atención á los importantes servicios que durante toda su vida presto á la República el Coronel Temístocles Castillo, se concede á su viuda la señora Mercedes Gálvez y sus menores hijos una recompensa de tres mil pesos, que se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la próxima vigencia.
