Procedimiento de formalización y efectos de la conversión. La conversión se formalizará cuando la correspondiente escritura pública se inscriba en la cámara de comercio del domicilio social. Dicha inscripción deberá efectuarse dentro de los 15 días siguientes a la fecha de su otorgamiento. Efectuado el registro, dentro de los 5 días siguientes se remitirá a la Superintendencia de Sociedades copia de la escritura pública y un certificado de existencia y representación legal expedido por la respectiva cámara de comercio.
