Los Contralores Departamentales tendrán como colaborador inmediato un Contralor Auxiliar, de su libre nombramiento y remoción, el cual desempeñará las funciones que el titular le asigne, reemplazará a éste en sus faltas accidentales y en caso de falta absoluta mientras se provee el cargo interina o definitivamente.
