Art. 21. Sin previo permiso del Inspector respetivo á ningún peón le es permitido separarse de la cuadrilla en que entra á servir, para ir á continuar sirviendo en otra cuadrilla. El que lo haga sin este requisito será rechazado en los trabajos. Capítulo 7.º Del Cajero pagador de las carreteras y del Cajero fiscal de Obras públicas.
