Siempre que el Ministerio haya sido .avisado oportunamente de la fecha de llegada a Bogotá de un Jefe de Misión, éste será recibido en la estación del ferrocarril o en el aeródromo y acompañado hasta su alojamiento por un funcionario, del Protocolo, en carruaje oficial. Pero si no llegare en ferrocarril o en avión, se le visitará por dicho funcionario en el alojamiento adonde llegue el diplomático. III Recepción de los Agentes Diplomáticos.
