Para los efectos del artículo 9° de la Ley 43 de 1945, entiéndese por servicio docente la profesión de cátedras y sus funciones anexas. Los Profesores, Rectores o Vicerrectores que sean destituidos de sus cargos por razones técnicas o administrativas, tendrán derecho a que se les ocupe en la función docente.
