Autorización del CONFIS. Asignase al Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal CONFIS, la función de autorizar, para cada caso, la celebración de las operaciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior, previa solicitud presentada por la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional, en la que se deberán especificar:

a. El origen de la operación;

b. La evaluación técnica correspondiente;

c. Las condiciones financieras en que se celebrará la operación y la vigencia de la misma;

d. Las entidades involucradas en la operación.
