Noción De Conducto Regular

Es el procedimiento que permite exponer de manera verbal o escrita ante el superior inmediato asuntos relativos al servicio o personales que lo afecten, con el propósito que sean resueltos. En caso que la respuesta sea negativa o desfavorable, se entenderá agotado y podrá acudir ante el superior inmediato dé este.

Parágrafo 1

°. El conducto regular podrá pretermitirse ante hechos o circunstancias especiales, cuando de su observancia se deriven resultados perjudiciales debidamente justificados.

Parágrafo 2

En los aspectos relacionados con asuntos disciplinarios, no es exigible el conducto regular.
