Del destino de los productos. Los productos o subproductos de los cultivos materia de experimentación, no podrán utilizarse como alimentos para consumo humano o animal, deberán ser destinados para investigación o ser destruidos, haciéndolo del conocimiento previo del correspondiente Servicio Seccional de Salud o del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, según sea la entidad que haya concedido el permiso de experimentación.
