Artículo único. Con el fin de legalizar los gastos hechos por el señor Arcesio González, Administrador de Correos de Cali, en las elecciones generales que tuvieron lugar en el año de 1888, se incluirá en el Presupuesto del próximo bienio la cantidad de $ 16.376.
