LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2º. Los funcionarios vinculados a la Planta de Personal establecida en el presente Decreto, estarán sometidos al régimen prestacional de los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva de que tratan los Decretos 3135 de 1968, 1045 de 1978 y demás normas que los modifican o adicionan.
