Los Inspectores de Impuestos ejercerán sus funciones bajo la dependencia inmediata del Superintendente General de Impuestos, quien podrá delegar a los Administradores de Hacienda o a los Jefes del ramo de Impuestos sobre la Renta las facultades que se le confieren por el presente artículo, especialmente la de fijar los itinerarios a que se refiere el artículo 25 de la Ley 40 de 1921.
