En las apelaciones de los autos sobre excarcelación o sin ella, el traslado al Agente del Ministerio Público será de cuarenta y ocho horas y la fijación en lista de dos días; la resolución deberá dictarse dentro de las setenta y dos horas siguientes a aquella en que termine la fijación en lista.
