Cuando una mercancía sea reexportada sin haber pagado los derechos de aduana, o habiéndolos pagado se haya pedido la devolución para la reexportación, fuere desembarcada de nuevo en cualquier lugar del territorio nacional sin las formalidades de la ley, será considerada como del contrabando; y las personas que en ello tomaren parte a sabiendas, serán consideradas como contrabandistas y castigadas de conformidad con el capítulo LXXXVII.
