Los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales vinculados a las entidades públicas del orden nacional y territorial, que se retiren del servicio sin haber cumplido el año de labor, tendrán derecho a que se les reconozca en dinero y en forma proporcional al tiempo efectivamente laborado las vacaciones, la prima de vacaciones y la bonificación por recreación.
