Vencimiento cotización excepcional de independientes de bajos ingresos. Vencido el plazo previsto en el artículo anterior, las personas podrán optar por mantener su afiliación en el Régimen Contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud o afiliarse al Régimen Subsidiado y afiliarse y pagar la cotización al Sistema General de Pensiones o ingresar al Sistema de Beneficios Económicos Periódicos (BEPS), en los términos que establezca el Gobierno nacional.
