Los valores que se recauden por tal concepto y los ya recaudados, serán invertidos en su orden, a medida que vayan ingresando, así: el 50% para la construcción de casas particulares desaparecidas en cada uno de los dos incendios guardándose la debida compensación indirectamente proporcional; el 10% para un barrio popular de personas indirectamente afectadas en los dos incendios; y el 40% restante, para las obras publicadas.
